Everybody knows that Chicago neighborhoods are under constant bombardment from gentrification and the effects that it brings. It is naive to think that gentrification is something we can stop all together, but by educating ourselves on the real world effects that it has on residents, businesses, etc., perhaps we can use gentrification to our advantage rather than to our detriment.
